Hustino/sexy_beams-mun here with a second pigtailed polearm pettanko because I love alliteration. This time, it is Tsugumi 'Halberd' Harudori from the spinoff manga Soul Eater Not!. Unlike the other characters, she's pretty much an ordinary girl (despite being able to transform into a halberd) and has enough trouble going to school, much less trying to save the world.
She's really nice and cute and thinks Maka is the coolest hero. She also has some pretty weird inner monologue.
