Thanks to ingenuity on the part of Araki Hirohiko, I am bringing in ANOTHER JoJo, but I shall not spoil you on how I can play two OHOHO god I am so excite. Okay, he's from part 5, known as Vento Aureo.
So this kiddo here is one Narancia Ghirga. He had a terrible childhood, but then he joined the Mafia (thanks, 6times5is30!) and everything was fine after that. Promise. He's 17, which he will kindly remind you of on a regular basis, and like many a JoJo, he IS a Stand User. It's called Aerosmith. It's a plane. IT'S AWESOME. Also, he is rarely as happy and squee as most of his icons make him out to be, but I'm working on fixing those up. His app is INSANELY spoiler-laden, as will be many of his threads with Fugo, so... BEWARE~! Also he likes to pull knives on people. I... I don't know, either.
And now there will be an LJ-cut wherein I attempt to woo you all over to the dark side. And by that I mean the awesome side.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a now 8-part series about terrible and interesting things happening to people with very similar names. It is one of the most popular series of all time in Japan, and it paved the way for series like Bleach with its epic storylines and insane powers.

Down to business: JoJo's will enrich your life. You may ask, But how? My life is already like Daddy Warbucks! Nyoho~ not so, my friends! You, too, can one-up your life by adding 23 delicious years of canon to your repertoire. WAIT NOW, don't be intimidated! I've read the whole honking series DUWANG and I've only been a fan for about a year! And to be honest... It took me three days to read Part 5, about four to read Part 6, and you know, Steel Ball Run doesn't make any sense so you can just skim that one. Part 1 and 2 are SUPA SHORT and SUPA BRO, and then Part three is the ~classic~ most may have seen flying around as just "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure". Right, so, okay. Let's make a list, here, of how JoJo's can really improve your quality of life. I have a little something for everyone.
1) SO MUCH BRO. YOU CANNOT ACTUALLY HANDLE THE AMOUNT OF BRO IN THIS SERIES. NEED SOME WOOBIE BRO? WE HAVE IT. NEED SOME FISTBUMP BRO? GOT YA COVERED! NEED PUNCH-IN-THE-FACE-INSTEAD-OF-APOLOGY BRO? OH WE HAVE THAT IN SPADES.
2) Who likes character factories? Who likes a series where every character is vastly different, so you have a bundle to choose from? Why, if this describes you, I can show you a great assortment in JoJo's!
3) Do you like ~romance~? Well, let's talk about the fact that several of the fine young men from this series have lovely wives and/or potential wives!
4) How about comedy? Do you like COMEDY? Well, JoJo's does! Everything from wacky dances to nonsensical songs about cheese to very large and manly men crossdressing to get into a Nazi lab!
5) How about you mystery lovers? WELL. Araki likes to make sure we don't know JACK about the villains until it's too late. Part 5 is actually one huge mystery, to be honest, and oh my gosh the twists and turns of Part 2!
6) Now, what about horror? WELL. I CAN GUARANTEE YOU PLENTY OF EYE SCREAM... I mean... That's not my thing, but like. I saw it. I'd like to unsee it, but I'm really stuck with it now. I mean seriously. It's shounen. It's OLD SCHOOL shounen. You don't get much more "...oh" than this. BUT IF YOU LIKE IT, I AM HAPPY TO ASSIST!
7) Right, any TRAVEL NUTS? Well, golly, JoJo's takes place ALL OVER THE WORLD! We've got America, Italy, Japan, England, SOUTH AMERICA (oh my), and let's not even talk about ALL OF SOUTHERN ASIA my word, what a cultural smorgasbord!!!
8) DO YOU LIKE POP CULTURE REFERENCES? OH MY GOD just seriously look at Narancia's Stand name and tell me you don't get where I am going with this...
9) What are your feelings on totally made-up science and amazing timeline revisions? Well. Um. Sorry about those, we have a lot, but that's what I'm here for. I will gently reassure you that everything will be okay.
10) How about snails? DO YOU LOVE SNAILS? EVERYTHING IS SNAILS. We also have dinosaurs!
11) Do you love Jesus? WE HAVE JESUS. We also have a Templar nun and a corrupt horrifying psychopathic priest, so we are fair and balanced. I'd also like to point out that Jesus is a godmoder in this.
12) Do you love stories that move you to tears, even while you're laughing? Watching a series evolve and change with the times? Do you love nostalgia just as much as you like the latest craze? Do you yearn for a series that takes friendship, loyalty, duty, and honor to WHOLE NEW LEVELS? Well. That's the real heart of JoJo's. Honestly, it's epic in every way.

Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable -- Meet the worst translation you've ever read. I mean. Josuke (on left), who seems to have the amazing power to make everyone be his friend.
Part 5: Vento Aureo -- Meet Giorno, son of Dio, who is freaking fabulous, and the most glimmerous Mafiosos you have EVA seen. NARANCIA AND FUGO ARE FROM HERE okok.
Part 6: Stone Ocean -- Straight up my favorite manga series of all time. Seriously. Meet Jolyne, daughter of Jotaro, and the mysteries that surround her life in a massive Florida prison.
Part 7: Steel Ball Run -- Meet Johnny and his companion/mentor Gyro, who set out to win a cross-country race, each with their own agenda... Hot Pants is from this one!
Part 8: JoJoLion -- ...No one has a freaking clue what is going on. Don't ask me.
