Adding to the pile of task forces.
With the advent of Shinjiro's resturant, Minato now has a headquarters of sorts to restart SEES. however, as this force is no longer extracurricular and the focus of it is changed a bit, there will be a bit of a name change: the Specialized Extraterrestrial Execution Squad. So no change to the acronym. At all.
Now, what exactly is SEES, you ask? In canon, it was a team of people operating under the guise of a school club to discover the secrets of and eventually get rid of the Dark Hour and Tartarus. Since those don't exactly exist on the Thor (for now) it will focus more on the Purists as well as offer protection and help to refugees. The organization is intended to remain mostly underground, so no official job listings or payment, sorry.
Most of the power in the old SEES came from the Kirijo Group, who had contacts spread far and wide and could accomplish mostly anything for the squad. As that is not here, Minato will be striving to establish similar contacts by working with and doing things for other refugee-run organizations, such as the Preventers or the assassin's guild that have been brought up recently. This contact will not be limited to task forces, though. Arrangements could be made with almost anything for various purposes. Clinics, enterprises, restaurants, maybe even a detective agency could all have contact.
tl;dr it's more or less a non-profit mercenary group.
As for joining, since it's an underground thing, we can't just throw up an ad. Minato will be looking for recruits. You don't need to have a Persona, though, so don't worry. If you are interested in throwing a character or a business at it, drop a line here and we could work something out.
