TIME WINDOW PLOT; START!

Wellp, I got some people interested, so we're going ahead with it! And yes, I am shamelessly making another post to try and hook more characters, shush.
How it'll work*
Basically, Papillon has set up his time travel device to create the time windows automatically. He doesn't need to be nearby and the person whose point in time is being revealed doesn't have to do anything. The time window will just know what point in time to show based on their desires, subconscious or not. The window is a big circle, ringed with red light for the future and blue for the past, and anything it shows will have picture perfect editing like a movie.** Like those weird 2D graphics that sometimes appear in 3D games, they'll always be mysteriously facing directly at whoever is looking at them at the time. I would suggest asking the muns of characters who would make an appearance, either in canon of Thor based time windows.
You can think of it as acting like a Drive Event; it'll just happen to those lucky (or unlucky) few, apparently without any reason. Papillon however, will be trolling around all of the time window posts and will reveal it was him all along when he turns the device off. Please be a dear and give me a link to a post if you make one, so I can get the troll in there.
The window itself doesn't have to show up on the network, or even be directly mentioned at all! You can have your character be the only one who saw it. But, for the sake of shenanigans, we can say that the ambient energies of grabbing time by the dangly bits turns guides on some of the time if you want a cheap excuse.
We'll be starting today, May the 6th and finishing (roughly) Wednesday, May 11th. Maybe a bit earlier or later based on how people feel.
