SSSSUP Badou's CR was mainly with Yusuke as tsunroomates. He had some interaction with Hiei, mostly through Hiei coming in to destroy their things and threaten him.

Your poor baby. D: But thanks for letting me know. I think Badou might be surprised by this Hiei since he's super chill and nonchalant and gives no fuck about anything. Still if you want to have him continue to hate him, you can cause I don't blame him after being set on fire. But just so you know Hiei won't be picking on poor Badou. Or anyone for that matter. He'll find a nice tree and be happy in it.

Badou doesn't hate him! He just is a complete spaz whenever the opportunity arises, really. He probably doesn't even remember Hiei set him on fire, his life is pretty consistently awful like that
