I actually just had a random thought and this is very late but I'mma leave it anyway!!

About the planets-- most of the planets so far have honestly not felt like ..planets. They feel like themeparks. I know you guys don't have the time to pull fully fleshed-out cultures, societies, and ecosystems out of your ass every month, but still I think that maybe it would be nice if the ship could visit some planets that were at least a little bit more ...realistic-feeling?

I think the fact that the planets always feel like themeparks contributes a lot to the 'this game is pure crack!!!' portion of the vibe the game puts off, and if the game isn't MEANT to be viewed that way, I think it would be nice if mod-provided stuff would help contribute to the less-cracky side as well. Not that there's anything wrong with lulz, but it'd be nice if there could be a planet where it isn't just pure crack and shenanigans and 'look how silly this planet's theme is! candy! beach luau! The planets that I think felt best so far were Subaqua and the winter planet, if that helps at all.)
