In a more coherent sense, this is Chase, mun of such characters as toshootyouwith and didhishomework bringing in two characters at the exact same time! The first is this evil genius, Mojo Jojo! Most known for his ability to fail at destroying three superpowered little girls, he is definitely a chimp with a chip on his shoulder. Though he will be thrilled, as the entire world has been destroyed! And it clearly had to have been Mojo who did it. He also enjoys rambling as if he's a living thesaurus and building model ships.
The other person is optimising, from that depressed teacher anime, who is always positive and always happy! Despite the murderous intent, she's a blast to be around and is the most cheerful girl ever!
