This is Cassandra Cain, aka Batgirl the second, aka Black Bat, aka the most badass chick in all the land. She was raised from birth to be an assassin by her douchey dad, and body language is her first language- meaning she can read yo body and know what you're going to do even before you do! So that's awesome. She can kick a ridiculous amount of ass buuuut can't read and only learned to speak at age 18 thanks to psychic intervention lolwhoops thanks Dad.
