Those new holes in the wall? Those are called sockets. Don't put your fingers or anything metal into them, those are only for plugs. Plugs are long, covered wires attached to the new devices we've been given,and have prongs on the end which fit into the sockets. The sockets will give the devices electricity through the plug.
