Last night my cousins and I went to Hollywood.
As we were walking on Sunset Blvd, we saw this asian guy running around with a knife being chased by 3 black guys.
The black guys were trying to hit him.
Some one was screaming and I saw a guy lying on the ground.
He had been stabbed in the throat. My cousins and I ran over to him to help and my cousin Rosa took out a cloth and applied pressure to the man's wound.
She held his head in her lap and told him everything was going to be alright and to keep talking to her.
He was bleeding profusely and seemed to be going into shock.
She kept him coherent though.
The place we were in front of was suddenly flooded with security and they tried to push us away but we wouldn't let them separate us.
They didn't want us to touch him. Rosa is certified in first aid and for the 20 minutes it took the ambulance to get there, she probably helped save the guys life, if he didn't die when he was rushed to the hospital.
It's a trip. People go out to have a good time and get out of the house and next thing you know, you have a blade lodged in your throat and you are bleeding on the sidewalk in front of strangers...
The world is a cruel place.
I hope he is alright and that the guy who stabbed him is caught.
Such random foolishness.
