Mark Hoffman has been delivered to Zero. He went willingly when told to stand down. His warden will be responsible for all other information.

I must accept some responsibility here. I informed Mr Hoffman of where his warden was, as I thought it would be prudent, and intended to tell him more once I had gained permission.

I failed to contact another warden in time to deal with him in person, and perhaps shouldn't have said anything at all. I did not anticipate this reaction, but given circumstances, I probably should have.

I apologise, and accept anything that may come of this.

Who and how many people are hurt, and have they received help yet?

While his sensitivity over his sister's death is public knowledge, I can't imagine you would have known it would have applied to other deaths. I sure as hell didn't.

I was merely saying there were a lot of things I should have taken into account and didn't.

I think I made a mistake and consider it important to admit when you do.

On another note, I think it might be useful to make a list of emergency contacts. I can't help but feel if I could have given him either all, or no, information, this might have been avoided.

Some wardens have temporary wardens lined up for their inmates. I have one for mine.

I think I'd really like to ask the Admiral if vampire and death knight affected individuals can have their powers limited to inmate status by request. Sure as hell would have helped knowing that.

I more meant... A list of people who the infirmary have permission to contact, and explain to, in an emergency. Which for most, I imagine, would include their inmates.

...If that was possible, wouldn't it have happened already?

It would vary a lot from month to month. So whoever would do it would have to be prepared for a lot of upkeep.

Nobody's mentioned trying to me. It may have? It may have not. And sometimes rules change if it has. Worth someone looking into at some point, anyway.

So do most other things. It's certainly more efficient than having to wait for someone to return to life to get permission to tell a friend, or their inmate, or someone who can help them.

Anything is worth an ask, I'm not denying that.
