About a New Russian Capital? Dimitri stares blankly at his computer screen while reading the article. This must be some late April Fool's joke, right? Like seriously, a New Russian capital? And these...these idiots propose building it in goddamn Siberia? He even has to laugh at this; it's not an "Oh this is amusing" sort of laughter. But an "I'm gonna choke a bitch because this is fucking out of line" sort of laugh.
It's not wise to take things that belong to Dimitri, it already happened once and he let it slide. But now, to take his and Viktoriya's title as Russia's capital; that will get you on Moscow's shit list. Now his wonderful day is ruined, thanks to this news article. Of all places in Russia, why does it have to be proposed that Siberia, fucking Siberia be home to a new capital.
This isn't going to happen, not in a million years. He'd rather nuke the shit outta that part of the country than let it take something that is rightfully his. So, bother Dimitri if you wish. He's resorted to pacing his room while mumbling in Russian.
