After having lived in Oakland for a few months with my foodie sister and her boyfriend, i've somewhat tried to explore different foods. We'd be semi-regulars at a few places but one place that i loved going to was Phở Ao Sen in East Oakland. Nearly every Sunday was 'Sunday Phởnday' in Oakland with Ici Ice Cream in Berkeley afterwards. I could never get halfway through my serving, but i didn't mind having leftovers for the next two days.
One Sunday i just got this ridiculous craving for phở out of nowhere. Maybe i was feeling nostalgic... My mom and i were both super hungry so i treated her. I believe it was her first time. She loved it! She sure does love her coffee so she tried their Vietnamese Iced Milk Coffee. It was delicious!
