Stop Judging me!
Yesterday Lauren and Shawn came over for the day,
They came to just get some new scenery and more important
we were going to a concert!
We were going to see Yellowcard. Okay now right at that
one word I know everyone reading this went
"Oh ugh I hate that band you are an idiot in ever partaking in
the listening of such a stupid no talent band like this."
Well I say to you "Just shuttup and let me finish you
damning bastards."
Okay ... so they were playing at Irving Plaza.
I've never seen a show there before but it is definitly my new
favorite venue. Its the perfect size and its so cute inside with
chandeliers and cushy old couches...its like a smoking lounge
inside..also its insanly close...like in the backyard.
The show......was absolutely the most fun i've had at
a concert in a very long time. The band had amazing energy and
it was there record release show so they were all hyped up.
It was 16 and up to get in so there were no annoying little kids wandering around.
Pretty much everyone was drunk there....i missed the boat on that one.
I wish every show could be as much fun as that never mind the music..
Its just when you dont care and have a good time.
Also Lauren is a great concert buddy.
So thats really all I had to say...
it was a great use of 20 bucks
especially since I almost didnt go since I stopped
listening to Yellowcard a bit back and wasnt very into them
But live! theyre awesome.
