During the company awards formation Spc. Baily was asked by the battalion commander what his favorite part of A.T. was and baily responded with "it was the snow cones sire!" there was a hummer that would bring snow cones to soldiers at the various training sites. This is an effort to let the soldier now that the chain of command actually gives a crap for them.
