So... I got offered my job back. The job that I QUIT!
The 4th and 5th grade teachers QUIT on Monday. Dude... I could have told you that they weren't going to work at that place.
The thing is, I don't want to work at THAT school full time. Plus, I'm going to Iowa for the month of December. LOL... WHO DOES THAT???
I did tell them that I would be willing to come back part time in January if they would like someone to help get the kids ready for state testing. Sounds like they will do it.
I consider that I have WON. I have made a point, and I've come out stronger. The superindant admitted things they did wrong to me, and that's without me even prompting. AND AND AND the principal got caught in a LIE! IM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS!!!
Don't mess with a Midwest girl who has finally decided to stand up for herself.
AND... I now have not burned a bridge to getting a good job recommendation from these people. YAY!!!
