Dear H and R block.

I've been a customer of you for two years now and haven't experienced bad customer service before until today. I went to your branch at white oaks mall and your system was down. You guys told me to wait. I waited for 3 hours and the system was still down so I asked if someone could just let me know how much I can get without actually completing the transactions. They said that was fine. So finally I got the call to come up to hear that I owe the government 380 bucks. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!! The thing that pisses me off is that when I went up to ask them if they can just do my calculations, they told me the systems going to be down all day and I couldn't process anything but can still calculate everything. I think they knew about that all day but didn't bother telling me. HOW COME THEY DIDN'T TELL ME! good grief. When I went up to the lady, she was like..oh yeah, our systems going to be down all day, so we can't process anything until the systems back up. BOOOOOOOO. I could of not wasted 3 hours of waiting and just figured out how I owed right away. Anyways, I need to come up with the 380 bucks somehow.

Car in April? who knows now. pooooooops.

And just to really grind my gears even more, I walked out of H and R block, and a homeless man walks up to me and asks if I can lend him 17.50 to tow his car?? And by tow your car, you meant 5 bottles of max ice right? Ok bud, either your on drugs or your just an idiot, you don't have a car..so think of a better excuse then that. I would of rather heard the truth that you were buying beer instead of your excuse. I swear some of these guys don't even try anymore...tow your car??

Not a excellent day for me, that's for sure. Oh well.
