Positive
01- Nice lighting, I like how you flipped it too.

02- I adore this icon!very creative and the coloring is wonderful!

03- 3 is really gorgeous, the gray scale is pretty and so is the cropping

Negative
01- the icon is really dark, though the colouring is quite good
01- The black looks very grungy on his face,and the text doesnt seem to fit the icon.
01- One is really pretty! But out of the three, it's the worst (not bad)

03- The spacing in the gray protion is off and the icon is plain and akward.
