Nowadays, I read less fanfiction than usual. Russian politics is eating the most of my free time; I became addicted to political blogs and sites, and I spend there too much of my life

Oooh! Politics! When are your elections? We're having a massive country-wide bout of crazy over here, and it probably won't let up until November. Or January. Or never. It's getting to the point that I'm thinking that BtVS fanfic is the last refuge of the sane!

Thanks so much for the links! There are a few things on here that I cannot believe I missed, and now I don't have to! Thanks also for reccing my smutty Spru story. I'm sure I'll get coal in my stocking next year! (Or maybe something more fun.)

Our presidential elections will take place March, 4. In three days. On one hand, all official media claim that Putin wins with big advantage - according to the polls he gets 60% of votes. OTOH, he behaves strangely. He made only one public appearance, on the biggest Russian stadium, Luzhniki, and he said a very strange speech about the last stand, "we'll die protecting our ideals". He looked very nervous. He warned that evil forces want to destroy Russia. It was very unsettling. The people who has 60% of votes don't behave like that
