Angel. The Fall
The main complaints against Angel's arc I saw online boil down to two claims: a) Angel is out of character and b) to service Buffy's journey, Angel is destroyed.
Judging by Jeanty's Q&As, Angel's arc in season 8 is over. He won't be in #40. It's time to sum up his story. What the hell has happened to him?

I knew to begin with that sex in space could only lead to extreme badness. (Of course, I could never have guessed exactly how bad...I thought my 3 part story was angsty, but it was a cake walk compared to the evil genius of Joss.)
Honestly? I expected worse. After all the hype I was sure that Angel would kill Buffy and she'd end up in hell.
If Faith does go over to Angel, I hope they never, ever put those two together romantically. I think the reason Faith trusts Angel completely is he's pretty much the only guy in the universe who never put the moves on her.
Faith doesn't trust him anymore. She refers to him as "the manwhore formerly known as Angel". I'm sure that Joss won't start a Fangel romance immediately, but will make us root for them first.
We'll see. I think the very fact that Faith didn't get her own mini is a clue that Joss plans to make her a regular in Angel or Spike comics. Angel is more likely because they have a fascinating backstory.
