Why was there Xander hatred last week? He could be an ass sometimes, but so could every other character on the series, including Spike and Buffy. It doesn't mean we don't love them all anyway. :P

People do "30 days of TV" meme, and it demands a "character I hate" entry. *sighs* I don't understand the idea of hating a fictional character, period.

I don't get that either. I don't even hate the characters who are purposefully unsympathetic, like Warren Meers. They are all part of the same rich tapestry to me. But with Xander-Hate, I often wonder if people were watching the same show as I was.

I often think about collecting character-centric avis I make for Phantasmagoria - but I'm so lazy. I rather react than act. It took a hate post to get me in the mood of making something positive :)
