I know I've fallen for a pop song when I start downloading remixes of it. This is one of those effed up dance remixes that makes more sense after you've done a few shots.
Dinosaur Feathers - Vendela Vida
I love it when rock songs get Latin rhythms wrong on purpose, possibly for the same reason I love it when ice dancers try to do hip hop.
Langhorne Slim - Say Yes
Happy bouncy folk music for being happy and bouncing around to.
Heart - I Didn't Want to Need You
I picked up Heart's Greatest Hits at the Amazon mp3 store for $5. Excellent use of money. Kitsch and pageantry!
Madison Skylights - Bad Romance (Lady Gaga cover)
As you might imagine, I have a large collection of Lady Gaga covers. This speeded-up acoustic emo version is possibly my favorite.
That Noise - Sex on Fire (Kings of Leon cover)
