I am back from writercon! It was, as always, so much fun. I ran a 3-hour writing workshop, moderated a panel on internalized sexism (and nobody died), learned stuff, kissed girls, nearly finished my first Kris Allen/Adam Lambert fic, and did irreversible damage to my liver. One of the highlights of the con for me was getting to meet you in person. Writercon is the only con I really go to (the things are damn expensive) but we shall see.

Maybe an alumnae reunion? :)

Writercon was the first and only con I've been to, and I had a blast, but other cons don't sound like nearly as much fun. Too big, too crowded, too straight-guy-centric in many cases. Also, as you said, too expensive.

But I like the reunion idea! Especially if people could be lured back to Minneapolis so that I don't have to travel because it's such a great city. *grins*

You were definitely one of the people I missed getting to hang out with this time. The economy is putting so many people through the wringer. Hope we'll find some other way to meet up soon.

I'm so glad the workshop helped, and I'm soooo looking forward to the finished version. That story is effing hot.
