As perfect as my yuletide assignment was, my Secret Slasha assignment was the precise opposite of that. Not because it was a particularly cracked-out request -- totally within the realm of reasonable -- but because all three options involved a character I had sworn I would never try to write again. I really like this fic. Angel and Oz together is such an interesting pairing because I feel like they both have so much to learn from each other in the different ways they approach their "monster inside." This fic was a very nice exploration of that.
