why hv to OT so much?

as a conclusion of what i hv done for the past 5 months
1) lift tender dwg
as the suite hotel portion (10 storeys, @4060 fl-to-fl) changes back to office zone (9 storeys @ 4510 fl-to-fl), all the lifts hv to be rearranged
today i feel quite happy coz i finish the lift PTA 1 dwgs all on my own.
changes involve: suite hotel shuttle lifts --> zone 5 office shuttle lifts. swapping the office lift zones
, now z1+z4 at 3oclock location and Z2+Z3+Z5 at 6 oclock location)
service lift strategy : lift 35 will be dedicated for Z5 office only.
ob deck + office club lifts - optionC2 = single deck
Base scheme = 4 nos. double deck lifts
2) curtain wall tender dwg
embed details + glass wall + sunken court setting out plans n sections - issued out
3) bldg section
bldg height revised to 490m PD
4) structural steel tender dwg
all podium floors will be of composite slab
columns change fr RC to S Steel col cladded with al panel
framing plan pending struct engineer submission
only 1 tenderer left, others all declined due to complexity of the proj
5) climbform tender dwg
1st issue - out on 6 May
6) bldg maintenance unit tender
only 3 tenderers left.
7) plumb drain, acmv, elv, escalator, fire services tender
m&e consultant to take care
8) office washroom layout + reflected ceiling plan
preferred straight arrangement to previous L-shaped arrangement
zone 1 - 4 office zones - one entry point only from lift lobby req'd
zone 5 - require 2 entry points fr lift lobby + office (coz single tenant for whole fl expected)
- 1000x1000 EAD, 600x500 SRD,600x400 PD to be provided for each wc
two executive wc + 1 disabled wc to be provided on each fl
(executive wc - 2800x2200mm standard w/ shower)
preferred dimension
toilet cubicle - 1800mm deep x 900mm wide
basin to basin separation = 1800mm, 600mm deep, ctre to ctre = 750, ctre to wall = 400
urinal to urinal dimension = 2400mm, ctre to ctre spacing = 750, ctre to wall = 400, side panel - 450mm deep
wall finish = 40mm on each side (for marble cladded wall)
