Another random thing
Last year, I had a lot of rabbits running around my neighborhood. I would see a lot of them in the alley when I come home late at night, and sometimes during the day, I would catch one running around in the front or back yard. Last year, I snapped a photo of one sitting nonchalantly on my porch. I have the photo of it tacked up on my wall at work. Someone came over to ask me about it, and I told them about the rabbits in my neighborhood.
"I used to see them all the time last year," I said. "I haven't seen any at all this year."
One of my coworkers who sat next to me overheard the conversation and offered his theory as to why: "Swine flu."
Don't know why, but that cracked me up.
