There aren't many Wire screencaps. I have the DVD set and ended up just capping my own shots. If you need DVD screencaps from any of the 5 seasons of the Wire, let me know by commenting on this post, and I'd be happy to share. ETA: The more specific (i.e. character, episode, scene, season, or similar), the quicker I can get it done. I'm not sure if I have it in me (or in my struggling Mac) to actually cap a whole season since I haven't found a way to auto-cap from DVDs on OSX. (If you know of any way to do this, I would be so, SO grateful for that knowledge.)

... and another ETA note: I could really use you guys' advice. I always end up obsessing over which icons to use as a preview. (Seriously, it's truly ridiculous how many hours I spend on this.) It is so frakking hard to quality check your own icons. If you could let me know which you think are the strongest, I'd be very, very grateful. Do you think the three currently in the preview are among the strongest in this post? You don't have to be an icon maker. Just any opinion on which icons in this post would most make you want to click through to the post would be stupendously helpful. Still, any comment, even if you don't have an opinion, just to let me know you stopped by this post, puts a smile on my face :D
