A subject that has come up recently:
Snark.
If I've tried to reason with you, and you get snarky?
Not. Good. People. Not good. It's unecessary, and it's unnerving, and I'm not gonna tolerate it. If it happens once, everybody has a bad day. Fine. If it happens twice, I'm thinkin' it'd be a good idea if you left.
Because I don't need it, and you don't need to be giving it, and it's better for the flow of the community as a whole.
This may sound harsh, and slightly snarkish but that's not the intention. I'm just setting down a guideline to make my work easier, and to make sure that said snarkiness doesn't stay put. Y'all are nice people, you don't need that sorta junk! And I'd like to keep it that way, junk-free and full of nice people.
