An Open Wound Without A Stitch
Haven't posted in a few days.
Fell of the band wagon! I took a 2 day break from my workout, only to start my period, which now means I can't do any of my strenuous stuff for about a week. This sucks lol
Let's see, Friday was retarded at work.
Saturday I went to work, then back home, then to my mother-in-law's church for their Mother/Daughter Banquet, considering I'm her only 'daughter' lol. It was all about old comedy shows like I Love Lucy, Gilligan's Island, etc...so it was hilarious! Stayed in Corydon until 11pm or so, then came home and went to bed. Found out she's getting married in October to a really sweet guy.....you go, Lea! haha
Today, Bri and I walked around Meijer, 2 indoor flea markets and then took Cherry and Dahlia to the waterfront, which is mostly flooded over due to the large amounts of rain we've had. Bri's out mowing the lawn at the moment, and I'm chillin'. Tried on my bikini, the one I bought about 3 or 4 months ago. Fits wonderfully, and I love it. The best one I've ever bought. It's a steel blue/grey color....and now I have metallic flip flops from Old Navy that match it lol
Talked to my mom and dad, they have apparently replaced most of the carpet in their house with linoleum.
Talked to my nana, she is doing a lot better now that she's been on oxygen. Doctors still have no idea what is going on with her.
Everyone wants me to come back to Florida. Permanently. *shrug*
I have been ready to go swimming for weeks now. We are exploring the possibility of getting season passes to Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, and hitting up their waterpark. I also want to go to Holiday World, omgz. *can't wait!!!*
For now, it looks like rain again.
The dogs are ready to eat their dinner, and I'm trying to think of something that we can have.
