Mainly for willoughbee, since she asked for it, but there are probably others of you out there who would like it, too. :)

Jackson Rohm - Four On The Floor (whole album)

And to ease your mind, Melissa, I did ask him for his permission. :) The conversation went something like this:
Jackson: Hey! Good to see you again!
Me: You remember me?
J: Of course. The Rock Boat! I don't remember your name, though.
M: Misti.
J: Hi... I'm Jackson!
M: *rolls eyes* ;)
(we discuss TRB07 for a couple of minutes. He's going, but as a guest, not as an invited artist. He's looking forward to not having any responsibilities. :) )
M: *holding money in hand*
J: So what can I do for you? Do you need change?
M: Um... no. Here. You take this. *hand him the money* I'll take these. *pick up 4 different CDs* And then I have a question for you.
J: *gaping at me, but manages to raise an eyebrow in question*
M: How do you feel about music sharing?
J: Oh, by all means... burn away! PLEASE! *laugh* Get the music out there... share it with everyone you can think of!

So I'm doing so. *grin*

There was something about Jackson last night that kept reminding me of Stevie from Gaelic Storm. He doesn't really look like Stevie in general, aside from general colouring. He has some of the same mannerisms, though, and even uses some of the same "looks" from time to time, which I must say is rather disturbing. :)

The show was fun, although I really felt alone in the middle of a crowd. It was a very small little place, and everyone there knew everyone else... there were 2 large groups all talking and cutting up with one another, and I was the only person who was there by myself. I still had fun, though, and I did end up talking to one girl who came in later and approached me because I was the only other person in the place who was alone. LOL! She's known Jackson for several years and talked a friend into coming with her, but said friend was too busy making a play for someone else to pay any attention to her. ;) She and I talked for a while, though, and we actually had quite a few similar interests. Our talk was all OVER the place (ranging from music to Anne Rice to New Orleans to sexual abuse to Great America...) and Jackson looked rather confused when he came offstage and saw us sitting together. LOL!

I got home far too late, and then I wasn't able to sleep once I got home, so I'm lethargic today, but I had fun last night, I get dinner at Olive Garden for free tonight, and I get to see Teada on Saturday (and I got an email message from Oisin yesterday asking me how many tickets I wanted for the late show :)).

jackson, music
