Recipe: Easy Microwave Lemon Curd/Farscape
I discovered this King Arthur Flour lemon curd recipe today and whipped it up with a bag of Meyer lemons I had in the fridge. (Don't worry: it's all real food. No Jell-O involved - although come to think of it, I do owe you guys another horrifying vintage recipe.)
You really should make this. Much less stirring than traditional stovetop curd, and every bit as good.
In other news, thanks to my father, I am now the proud owner of the Farscape Blu-rays, so I guess I'll swap my old DVD sets on SwapaDVD. (I got Dad into BSG and GOT, but I fear that FS might be a bit too weird for him.) Time for a rewatch!
