I can't be the only one who watched the scene at the end of the S2 premiere with Queen Catherine and Sir Thomas More and hoped that they would run away from this history-raping soap opera together and make mad, passionate love, which would be just as historically accurate as the actual show.
Also, that facial hair isn't doing JRM any favors. At all.
ETA: Then there was a certain Anne scene during which I was devoutly hoping that the actor wasn't the one who played her brother, and it turned out he wasn't but I was already thoroughly squicked out by the time I realized it.
