I got an ad in the mail from
Great Clips, a barbershop chain I'd never heard of. There was a coupon attached for a $5.99 regular haircut. Well, the price is right and it's just about time for my thrice-yearly haircut so I went to the nearest one. It's only about six miles down the road. Another surprise: it's the grand opening for this particular location and they were offering $4.99 haircuts! Hey, if they want to give me a better deal than the coupon, who am I to stand in the way? :) My impression of this barbershop? It's similar to Supercuts, i.e. fast, standardized menu of services.
There was still plenty of daylight left after that so I went for
Beyond FSC-2010 New Castle, Into the Marsh. It's along the path next to the Delaware River after Battery Park. Having been down that way, I had an idea of the cache location so I didn't turn on the GPS until I figured I was close enough. Turns out I was just a few steps from the cache when checked the GPS.
