Matamoras/Milford, PA

Sunny day. Around 72°F. The New York State Thruway was all jammed up with Memorial Day weekend traffic, so I took Route 17 up to Orange County instead. As a bonus, there's no $1 toll going that way. Faster and toll-free. What's not to love?

First two geocaches were in Goshen, near the Heritage Trail in Orange County. Then I went over to the Milford/Matamoras area in Pennsylvania. I haven't been there in a while so there were new geocaches. Most of them were easy but "Where Poppies Blow and Crosses Shine II" had a very steep trail section.

Dinner was at Arby's in Middletown, NY. I tried their new chocolate turnover.
