Apple fast attempt, Day 1
-2 organic granny smith apples
-1 natural (no sugar added, but I doubt organic) applesauce
-1 black coffee, "Sumatran FAO"
-1 raspberry green tea
-1 honey vanilla chamomile tea
-plenty of water
...and then Sue made one of my favorite winter (yes, it's still winter here) meals: homemade curried pea soup with carrots & fresh-baked foccacia-type bread. The smell filled the house. So I caved, had a bowl of soup & some bread & an all-fruit mango drink, failed the fast. The webpage I read mentioned coffee but not tea; I'll say it's fine.
