(no subject)
So prom kind of sucked. Not the group, just the date. And another person's date. Thank goodness for Michael Christe and his mad dancing skillz. He's a sweet kid. Getting ready was sooo much fun, as was the after party at Katie J's house (except for a few awkward moments which ended around...oh, say...4 am?). The dance itself, though, was less than satisfactory to put it mildly. I still had a good time, though. ANYway, here are some pictures

So yes. Prom. Was pretty much just as expected.
Edit: I realized how negative that post sounded. I really did have a great time for a lot of the dance. Our group was fantastic- I wouldn't have wanted to be with anyone else. [insert obligatory statement about how much I love everyone and how much I'm going to miss everyone] Especially Liz and Meagan. Liz didn't have a great time either, as her date spent the night sitting at a table being a jerk with my date. For the entire dance. That said, we found other people to dance with and Miss Meagan Padgett helped mucho all night (love! And thank you). Soooooo, not quite as negative as I had previously made it sound.
