Happiness?

So, I typed out a long post about me, but I couldn't bring myself to let other people see it. Long story short, we're studying the humanistic perspective in psychology right now, and it's made me do some in-depth thinking about myself and the way I live my life (which is, in fact, the goal). The most popular course at Harvard right now is

I'm the best at 1, and the worst at 4. I take on way too much stuff. :-)

I don't feel that such approaches are quite the best to take regarding a life that is both happy and meaningful. But then, I occasionally support the idea of a Noble Lie, so more power to them.

On the other hand, I'm often melancholy enough that maybe my opinion on such matters is irrelevant.
