From now until March 3rd, the loverly gemma227 and I are holding the 2010 Mortal Instruments fanfiction awards over at FanFiction.net. Here's what you need to know...

Rules
1)When you submit a nomination, Please use the format below. You don’t need to include the whole list, just the categories you’re nominating something for. Please include the title and the name of the author. Links are appreciated, but not necessary.
2)You are allowed to nominate yourself for something, but only if you genuinely feel that it is the best one in that category.
3)You may nominate more than one fic for each category.
4)Please read through the rest of the nominations to make sure that someone hasn’t already nominated.
5)You may nominate the same fic for more than one category.
6)If a fic is “[character]-centric” that means that it revolves around that specific character. It can include a pairing and can be a one shot or a multi-chap.
7) *PLEASE READ THIS AS IS IT A NEW RULE* Regarding re-submissions (submitting a fic that was submitted last year): a fic CAN be re-submitted only if it DID NOT win the category you want to nom it for in LAST YEAR'S awards. This being said- Say an one shot Alec-centric AlecxMagnus was submitted last year for the category "Best Alec/Magnus" and won- if you so wanted to, you could submit it ANOTHER CATEGORY such as "Best one shot" or "Best Alec-Centric". It is only NON-APPLICABLE in a category for which it WON in. Any story that was nomed for a category and LOST can be re-submitted for that same category.
