I know their cunning little plan. I've been checking the US airways website and cross-checking it with that of LGA. The bastards are holding up Harry's flight in order to wait for a flight coming in from Columbus that is supposed to fly to Rochester later tonight. Ironically, it's the one his boss was supposed to take, but she switched to the "earlier" flight. The airline's website lists both flights, but the LGA website only lists the later one. The times are such that it's obvious what's going on.
