So I spent a lovely month in Chicago and I have now returned to Israel. After the flight to America I suffered pretty bad jet lag, but returning to Israel wasn't as bad. I arrived on Monday morning, went back to the kibbutz, organized my stuff, saw the kibbutz family, and then went to sleep. Tuesday afternoon I left for the base, and didn't do ( Read more... )

hey danielle! I'm going to israel on july 11th and staying for a month (4.5 weeks). I will be in Be'er Sheva at the university. is there any way i could see you? my email address is kirstein@vassar.edu. I think Ben's trip and mine are overlapping so maybe we could all meet up. get to me sweetie! i've missed you so much and i keep remembering our night of mischief in tel aviv. maybe we could do a little damage again :-).

It was fabulous having you home for a few weeks. At least now I have access to my car. Sounds like an exciting time for you now on the army base, know that we love you and are thinking of you. Mommy
