I am working out what powers you get for being a (generic) Magical Cowgirl/Cowboy, and then what specific powers someone might get. If you want to app one of the characters, I definitely plan to take any desires you have for powerset into account, possibly even greater weight than my own thoughts!

My main commentary on this is as follows:

Why are these dudes in Japan?

This is a robust and interesting take on the concept but people will be in a completely separate sphere.

so these people won't be 'Doc Holiday' so much as 'japanese girl who happens to DOC HOLIDAY CHANGE'

Yeah, that was meant to be the gist of the last post. Probably some personality carry-over because same soul but, like, with the same accuracy as any other anime thing regarding historic figures. So instead of being depressed and dying, Doc Holliday Girl has asthma.
