Good pilgrim, you do wrong your hand too much,

Which mannerly devotion shows in this;
For saints have hands that pilgrims' hands do touch,
And palm to palm is holy palmers' kiss.
~Juliet; Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet

Well, the Rennisance Fair was small. I suppose Chesaning couldn't muster much. But the stuff that was there was good, and the play was awesome!

The Owasso players are GOOD! They're not a high school production, I'll tell you that! There were some things, though:

Juliet was a bit taller than Romeo, they had Mercuti-A instead of
-O, (girl) and they kept having gender issues, the Friar was difficult to understand at times, the nurse kept feeling herself up, a torch almost fell and burned down the stage, (caught in time, though ) and Juliet kept twitching when she was supposed to be dead. But that's nitpicky stuff. Playing dead is hard, and no one controls gravity, or how many men are interested in theater.

What was awesome:

They really stabbed people, everyone knew their lines, the flow was excellent, (no pauses while people figured out whose turn it was totalk) when Tybalt was stabbed and dumped in the fountain, it started flowing red, (!) the Benvolio was very funny, as well as Mercutia, and Romeo looked like a cross between Sam Easter and Jesse McCartney. (!!!) The acting, set, costuming, everything was amasing!

Unlike the movie filming we're trying to set up for tomorrow. If anyone knows anything, please call me.

Jacki is spending the night tomorrow, though.

Sometime after church I need to talk to George and figure out just what exactly Emy and I are doing. Singing, leading hymns, playing piano, what???

The List of people in love with me lengthens. *sigh* But no one I am in love with... (Don't get me wrong, I love all of you, but NO RELATIONHIPS, PLEASE!!!)

Sleep begins now.
