My dad, a dealer in vintage paper, is sending a bunch of less-saleable stuff to auction. He's letting me go through a bunch of boxes of old postcards before he puts them up, to keep what I like for art or whatever. There are many that I don't think I'll use in my art, or keep for Miranda, but that I still think are charming. Old scenic cards

Morrisa, we,her parents, and Miranda went to the bank yesterday to conduct some business. It took longer than expected. Miranda got a litlle bored. Morrisa made her small cardboard boxes out of bank brochures and I gave Miranda stuff fom my purse to put in them. An account manager came over and offered her a sticker. She chose a blue sparkly one like the red sparkly Dorothy shoes she was wearing. She told the lady thank you very much. The lady looked at her and told her she was very pretty. Without missing a beat or looking up from her sticker she replied "I get that all the time."
