vaca over :-(
So I am back home now, with my vaca behind me. I had a great time hooking up with friends, eating too much, and making off with a ton of fresh veggies from the 'Rents. Weight stayed stable, I would have lost some if I hadn't eaten out so much. But it was my b'day that week and I celebrated. But it was nice to see that I could manage my weight on vaca without completely blowing it. Now, this next week I must be virtuous though. But, don't think that will be so hard.
My garden fared better than I thought it would. Nothing died, thank you Lord. I have cukes, zukes, squash (well 1), tomatoes and okra growing. I actually cut 2 okra off a plant. I am cooking those puppies tonite. Hee Hee. But I am having to keep tabs on it more than I thought I would, seeing as how ants are trying to take over the bigger okra plant. Ugh.
So back to work tomorrow. well, gotta earn my paycheck....
