Mid week hump
And the Wii is kicking my butt. I have played on that goofy thing almost every day. I am so out of shape the machine laughs at me. OK, maybe not, but it's been a challenge. But better the machine that a trainer yelling at me. Or having to go to the gym.
It's strangely addictive. I have the Wii Fit, which only lets you do so much until you've been on it long enough to "unlock" other exercises or more reps. Interesting. Make me work for the $90 buck toy I paid for.
So the weather were I used to live is craptastic. Lots of snow.
Got up way too early this morning. Time to search for coffee.
