Friday just in the nick of time
I have had a pretty crappy week, culminating in yesterday's chat with the department chief. Some pretty nasty stuff tried to go down, but in the end, things got straightened out and the command got egged for taking some ridiculous statements and lies and face value. Of course I won't ever get an apology, but I got close to it. I still don't appreciate it, don't trust these people, but I will go with it for now.
