Japanese heavy metal
Why?
They are hard workers! Anthem practices 4-6 hours and Shibata will spank the members if they do something wrong. In general I love the Japanese work moral that is visible in some metal bands too. There are those who are lazy bricks but Anthem is my favourite band for a reason. Creativity is of course a bonus but I do prefer band who plays well rather than tries to be overly creative and starts to sound random.
