Morphicon Hotel News
Dear Morphicon Attendees,
The Morphicon staff has been made aware that many of you are having difficulty booking rooms for the Holiday Inn and have been told that the hotel is out of space. The hotel's corporate booking program has been causing some issues with ensuring our proper room block. We have been in communication with the hotel staff and are working with them to make sure that these issues are resolved, as there is still space for us in the con hotel.
If you have been unable to book a room, we will let you know when you will be able to retry the booking. This will be hopefully later this week, once the hotel has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. If issues persist afterward, please contact our Chief-of-Staff at chief@morphicon.org or our Con Chair at chair@morphicon.org with information about your preferred room type, dates of travel, contact information, and preferred method of contact.
As of this moment, the Group Code is still set to expire on March 18th. We are working to see if that can be extended, due to the complications, but for the time being are operating under the assumption that March 18th will be the cutoff.
