The Poet and The Pendulum

Speaking of which I should get the new Within Temptation album, that is, if its even out yet. Got the new album from Fauxilage (spawn of Delerium), its different, but I still like it. Rosie already knows I'm getting her a copy of it for her birthday. I have to let her know these things in advance because she is always buying cds and dvds I don't want her to already have it. You probably have Dark Passion Play already too, bitch.
Enough of that.
The usual story, I haven't updated in blah blah blah because of blah blah blah....whatnot...
Well I remember the initial reason I stopped was that I had just starting going out with Rhett and he had been looking me up on myspace and anything else he could find about me and he found my LJ, and naturally I was embarrassed and didn't want him to read it.
Anyway, that was like 7 months ago, and I'm still with Rhett too which makes me happy. :)
For those who haven't heard from me in ages which I know there are quite a few. This year has been quite a rollercoaster. I got very broke and couldn't even afford to drive my car around much. Work was killing me, Coles are bastards and only give the guys work while I had to beg for hours. DJing was a bitch cause my boss is, didn't get much work from them anymore without reason. Took up extra jobs to make some cash like delivering newspapers and being a commission only salesperson. Lucky they're all gone, except Coles but the pay is pretty good there even if I don't get many hours anymore, its all the new managers fault. Friends I made at work left and I got eaten by sharks.
Got a full time job now to keep me going for the rest of the year. Working for a media company as a Media Monitor. Hey its not radio but its still in the media business. I like it.
My 21st is coming up! Can't wait. Going to have the whole family together for a huge party. Got a Karaoke DJ (Matt will be singing all night lol) and yeah...
Oh I haven't got any photos yet but I'M BLONDE! Yeah you read that right. I did it in July to shock my Mum when I went to see the family in Perth for her birthday. Funny moment at the airport it was. Mum had mistaken me for Chelsea and Chels for me. That's cause Chels had just coloured her hair too. She used to be a blonde, now she was the brunette, and I was the blonde. That wasn't Mums only surprise either, she was shocked to see that I had brought our chinese sister Nan with me without anyone knowing as a surprise for her. Hehe it worked.
AND being blonde now does not allow any blonde jokes. Cause I'm only an artificial blonde, so nyah!!
Going to go watch the ending of Walk the Line now, cause I love Joaquin Phoenix (naddie: EMISA!) and the movie is on loan from my landlord who has only rented it for a week. I've had the dvd now for 4 days....*shifty eyes*
