I used to have a bunch of HTML i stole from the American Diabetes Assoc. about the bike ride i was entered in, but i took it down because the ride is now over, and It was screwing up the formating... here is what is said:

I recently accepted the challenge of cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fundraising event. On June 8th, 2003 I will ride 25 miles in upstate New York to raise funds for Diabetes Research. I am taking part in this event because I believe in and support the Association's mission to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
